Green Day performed a few, well-spaced shows around the United States, setting off the year right with a drunken version of "Good Riddance" live on MTV's New Years Eve. They ended the year with an accoustic show at the Bridge School Benefit concert that is organized by Neil Young on October 30.

Psst: This awesomely retro garage-rock band is Green Day in disguise. (Or so it seems: They pulled the same stunt with fake New Wave band the Network in 2003.) Anyway , tunes like Stop Drop and Roll rock hard enough that we'd dig this even if these guys turned out to be the Jonas Brothers
