Gravity is the weakest of the four universal forces which ... include nuclear force, weak radiation force, and electromagnetism. Gravity is the force exerted by any object with mass on any other object with mass. Gravity is ubiquitous, omnipresent and causes objects to accelerate towards the centers of other objects exerting gravitational attraction (like the center of the Earth). When shuttle astronauts are in space they experience gravity at approximately 80% of Earth's surface gravity. The missing 20% allows astronauts to float, "seeming weightless. Objects outside of the Earth's gravitational field are held in the Sun's gravitational field. Outside of the solar system, objects are held by the gravity of other stars and the galaxy.

With the momentum of their victory in the High School Rock Off, Gravity continued to play constantly. The summer of 2007 was full a new and exciting events for the band. They opened up for several national acts between July and September, including Symphony X, Kamelot (again!), Sonata Arctica and their biggest influence of all, Dream Theater! But the true highlight for the band in 2007 was the release of their first full-length CD, entitled "Into Oblivion." This 12-song release is a true representation of Gravity's unique style of music.

Gravity cannot be shielded in any way. Intervening objects, whatever their make-up, have no effect whatsoever on the attraction between two separated objects. This means that no antigravity chamber can be built in the laboratory. Neither does gravity depend on the chemical composition of objects, but only on their mass, which we perceive as weight (the force of gravity on something is its weight — the greater the mass, the greater the force or weight.) Blocks composed of glass, lead, ice or even styrofoam, if they all have equal mass, will experience (and exert) identical gravitational forces. These are experimental findings, with no underlying theoretical explanation.
