   While Christina Aguilera was discovering how to stand up, The Academy gave a standing ovation to these movies and actors: 'Ordinary People'- Directed by Robert Redford won the Best Movie Academy Award in 1980. Also this year, the Academy Award for Best Actor went to Robert De Niro for his role in 'Raging Bull' and the Best Actress Award went to Sissy Spacek for her role in 'Coal Miner's Daughter'.
3. Kelly Clarkson -- Grammy Awards
   Clarkson, a 24-year-old two-time Grammy winner, grew-up listening to McEntire, a 51-year-old who is ... a two-time Grammy winner. The two also had the opportunity to perform a duet together on Idol in 2002.
4. Christina -- Grammy Award
   Christina ... proved that she can work with other divas, as she did in the remake of "Lady Marmalade," from the Moulin Rouge! (2001) soundtrack. Teamed withLil' Kim, Pink and Mya, Christina stole the show. The video took home the 2001 MTV Video Music Award for Best Video of the Year. She also appeared on the All-Star Tribute remake of Marvin Gaye's "What's Going On?" with Bono and Nelly Furtado.
5. Justin Timberlake -- Grammy Awards

   Beyonce was no stranger to award nominations in 2007... as her role in the musical Dreamgirls (2006) garnered the star her first official nomination as an actress by none other than the prestigious Golden Globes. She was also awarded the International Artist Award at the 2007 American Music Awards.
8. Kanye -- Grammy Awards
   Confirming his standing as a groundbreaking producer and an artist whose appeal transcends the hip-hop genre, Chicago native Kanye West led the pack yesterday with eight nods when the nominations for the 50th Annual Grammy Awards were announced in Hollywood. (more…)

10. Dolly Parton -- Grammy Awards
