All work taken either on-campus, off-campus, or transfer work from other institutions must be completed by graduation day. That includes completion of previously recorded "INC" grades. Record of the completed work must be on file in the Office of Records and Registration no later than five weeks following graduation day. If that is not taken care of by the degree candidate, it will result in delay of the degree clearance and a delay in the issuance of the diploma and transcript. Failure to have the completed requirements on file in a timely manner may result in the re-assignment of the graduation date to the next commencement date.

You will receive a mock diploma at graduation. Your official diploma will be mailed to you after grades are finalized and the Office of Records and Registration confirms your graduation. Diplomas and/or certificates are mailed out approximately three to five weeks after graduation.
