"Gidget" is a beautiful 3 year old girl..sweet natured, housebroke, good with kids, cats, other dogs..*lazy* She doesn't appear to have any shortcomings. The owner has to give her up because of they have too many dogs. A good samaritan saw the ad on the freecycle - "Basset free to good home" and knew that dog fighting is big around her area. She was afraid Gidget would end up as bait for fighting dogs, like so many of the free to good home animals do. Gidget has gotten all her shots and has been spayed. She is being treated for Heartworms now, so will be all healthy and ready for a forever home!
