ATLANTA, April 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Georgia-Pacific LLC today announced that Georgia-Pacific Wood Products South LLC has completed the purchase of five wood products sites from International Paper. Announced last December, the acquisition totaled approximately $237 million, including working capital.

Aracruz Celulose produces bleached hardwood kraft market pulp and eucalyptus pulp, which is a high-quality variety of hardwood pulp used by paper manufacturers to produce a wide range of products, including premium tissue, printing and writing papers, liquid packaging board and specialty papers.
