George Michael has got problems! The now 43-year-old singer is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 11, 2007 on charges of being unfit to drive, after the singer was arrested last Oct. 2 after police responded to complaints that a car was blocking an intersection in north London. Police said Michael was found passed out inside the car. He received a caution for possession of marijuana and was released on bail on charges of being unfit to drive.

British singer George Michael was arrested in London on Sunday on suspicion of drug possession after being found slumped over the steering wheel of a car in the Hyde Park area, according to a statement from a London police spokesman. Michael, 42, was taken into custody and held on suspicion of possessing Class C drugs, a category which includes marijuana and painkillers.

George Michael told a judge in London this morning that he was guilty for driving while on drugs. He told a judge that he was tired due to "prescription drugs." Sentencing was put off until further blood tests. Georgie was arrested last October when the cops found him in his car in the middle of an intersection, dead asleep.
