George Michael (pic.) has joined Elton John as another queer celeb with a last name that sounds like a first name who'll get quasi-hitched in the UK once the sorta-marriages are legalized on Dec. 5. Michael announced that he plans to take the plunge with his parter, Kenny Goss, "probably early next year."

In December 2004 Elton John stated in an interview that he believed George Michael should "get out more". As both John and Michael were openly gay and seemingly friends, many were surprised at the public spat. In an open letter response in "Heat" magazine, Michael claimed he and John were not good friends and that John had little knowledge of his personal life other than what he might glean from gossip (or the "gay grapevine", as Michael termed it).
George Michael George Michael is denying that his wedding to longtime boyfriend Kenny Goss has been called off, despite the fact that photos of the former Wham! singer's alleged adulterous tryst were recently published in the British tabloid News Of The World.

"Kenny Goss and George Michael understand the pressures Bill felt and feel the utmost compassion for his family," said Caroline True, creative director. "They hope that by bringing the piano to Bill's home they will be able to show that hate crimes are senseless acts of violence committed solely because someone is different."
After this incident, Michael announced his relationship with his current partner, the Dallas, Texas-born clothing executive and former cheerleader coach Kenny Goss. The couple have homes in Dallas and London. Previously, Michael had a tender relationship with a male Brazilian dress designer, Anselmo Feleppa, during the early 1990s. Started in 1991, the bond ended when Feleppa died of an AIDS-related brain haemorrhage in 1993.
The Goss-Michael Foundation is pleased to announce an exhibition of work from the private collection of Kenny Goss and George Michael featuring work by world-renowned British artist, Damien Hirst. The exhibition will be on display from October 25, 2007 through April 30, 2008.
