Lacking the vulnerable vital organs of most races, including brains, hearts, and lungs, Gen'Dai could take extreme injuries and even complete dismemberment, and survive. However, if a Gen'Dai took too many injuries, they underwent an extended period of hibernation, during which they could regenerate. However, they could be permanently killed when vaporized or completely destroyed.
