Sighing, Gaul rolled his eyes ostentatiously. "In that case, I think I must go cut them loose." Almost as many Maidens laughed at that, including Sulin. (The Path of Daggers: Chapter 10).

...Cresconii (Harmony of the Canons of Cresconius, a 6th- or 7th-century author), a systematic compilation of the Dionysiana, subsequently found in different manuscripts in Gaul. There the collections were local ones; every cathedral and monastery had its own liber canonum.

At 23, Gaul’s career took a major turn when he moved from the French team, Terrot, to race in Italy for Faema-Guerra. He entered the Giro for the first time, and did not do particularly well in the first two weeks, other than taking the ninth stage in the Apennines with a solo break and then taking a short (2.45km) hill climb on stage 15.

Unlikely as it might seem, Gaul and Chiad of the Goshien Aiel have fallen in love, even though Chiad does not want to give up the spear so that she can marry Gaul. The Goshien and the Sharaad Aiel have a blood feud, but the two do not care about the feud anymore (TSR, Ch. 56; LoC, Ch. 45; ACoS, Ch. 3).

Terra sigillata kiln sites were founded in eastern Gaul from the mid-1st century AD, but production for a wider market is only significant during the 2nd and early-mid 3rd centuries AD. There is evidence from the study of stamps and moulds for the movement of potters between production centres, and craftsmen from Sinzig and Trier (Rheinland-Pfalz/DE) were probably responsible for the small Colchester (Essex/GB) sigillata industry during the mid-late 2nd century AD.

You are an invaluable asset to an alliance if you are a good Gaul. Their offense is good enough too. Swordsmen are up to par in relation to Axemen and Imperians, and Gaulish cavalry is amazing when it comes to damage. The Haeduans and Theutates Thunders (TTs) dish out damage easily. Of course, the point of their "lacking" in damage/defense to other troops is their speed, which is an amazing tradeoff. Speed is of utmost importance in times of need.
