    Backed by over 15 millions of albums sold worldwide, Staind is one of the most successful alternative metal bands of the third millennium. The band formed in Springfield, Massachusetts on November 24, 1995. Staind was making covers before independently releasing their first album, "Tormented" in November 2006.

"Facepeeler" is an out of the gate in your face heavy driven rock guitar song. It doesn't take long to see that this CD will be in your player for awhile. Nice flow from the start until the finish.

The band's guitarist Wes Borland departed in 2001 following the release of their first three albums to be replaced by Mike Smith for the band's fourth release Results May Vary. Wes rejoined for The Unquestionable Truth (Part 1) only to quit once again in 2006 to work with other projects Black Light Burns and From First to Last. It's unknown if Wes will rejoin Limp Bizkit in 2007 for The Unquestionable Truth (Part 2).

The finale brought MC Hammer, honorees Sugarhill Gang, and Chic, to the stage for "Rapper's Delight." Taye Diggs, Roselyn Sanchez and Foxy Brown were also on hand to pay tribute to the architects of hip hop.
