Franco, who is 45 years old, was born Francis Luambo. He has been playing guitar since he was a child, when he made his first instrument from an old can and nylon strings. HARRISBURG, Pa., March 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission (PHMC) Executive Director Barbara Franco today announced the Commission's approval of 27 new historical markers, which commemorate diverse people, places and events across the Commonwealth.
