With the complete F1 license in tow, Formula One 2001 has all the trimmings any hard-core F1 fan could ask for. All 11 teams have been included in the game, as well as two drivers for each car, for a total of 22. All 17 official circuits have been included as well. There are four main gameplay modes included in Formula One 2001. You can test adjustments to your car in the test-drive mode, jump straight to the track for two-player multiplayer races in the single-race option, challenge your best lap times in time attack, and rip through the F1 circuit in championship mode in four different difficulty settings. In any mode, you can tweak your car in a multitude of ways to alter its performance.

The 2007 season of the Formula One Championship took place on circuits largely designed by Hermann Tilke. The overall winner was Micky Shoemaker with 120 points, light years ahead of of team-mate Sid Kick in second place on just 10 points. Third place was hotly contested, with Benson Zipper beating Ferdinand Alonslow by one point to finish the season with a respectable total of three points. Nobody else scored, though Heidi Nickfeld did manage to pick up a few times down at the local pub immediately after the race.

Formula One: Ross Brawn, who was Ferrari’s technical director during Michael Schumacher’s spectacular run, was named team principal for Honda. After finishing second in the constructor’s championship in 2004, Honda has fallen far behind the top teams, scoring only 6 points last season. Brawn, who has never been a team principal, had ... been courted by his former team. And Autosport reports that shortly after Brawn’s hire at Honda, Ferrari announced it will move to Stefano Domenical to Director of the Gestione Sportiva, a position held by Jean Todt on an interim basis.

Formula One's best minds have been hard at work building their 2004 contenders. The result is a variety of different and unusual approaches to build a better, faster, and more agile car. Ferrari's F2004 may have dropped the shark-like gills from last year's championship winning car, but pre-season testing has revealed new innovations including shark-like teeth on the front wing.
