There are three main sections in the report: A New Burden, describing the problem; Nutrition Transition, exploring the reasons behind the problem; and First Hunger Then Obesity, outlining the FAO's viewpoint on the problem. Links are provided to other relevant Web resources and FAO documents, some of which are in PDF format, requiring Adobe Acrobat software. The FAO website is described separately in Intute.
