Foamy viruses (FVs; ... known as spumaviruses or spumaretroviruses) are classified as one of the genera of the Retroviridae. The FVs, first described in 1954(18) and isolated in 1971(1), have been rather neglected relative to their better known retroviral cousins, the type C oncoviruses and lentiviruses. Nonetheless, detailed analyses of this group during the past few years have revealed surprising, and in some cases remarkable, differences from all other retroviruses. In fact, in some respects their replication bridges the gap between retroviruses and the only other family of vertebrate reverse transcriptase (RT)-encoding viruses, the Hepadnaviridae.

The Foamy method of spray marking reduces spray overlaps, skips, misses or gaps in the spray application by producing highly visible white foam which marks the outside edge of a spray swath. This highly visible deposit allows the applicator to make a very accurate spray application to the target area. Foamy can be used for any boom or ground sprayer application. This type of marker application is very important when applying liquid fertilizers and/or herbicides where mistakes such as missed areas or overlaps can be very costly. This marker application can ... be important for improving the accuracy of pesticides, or fungicides being applied to row crops, forage crops or turf. Foamy is also highly effective when marking dry fertilizer applications when application vehicles are equipped with separate foam generating systems.
Tech Support- Foamy clashes over the phone with the Smell Tech Support sole employee who, thanks to outsourcing, is an Indian man named Mam 'med Udi. Foamy receives little help from Udi and has to fix his broken computer himself. In the latest one Udi goes off on Foamy and America with a rant of his own, in the end though, Foamy replies "at least they're more polite than what we get here. Bastards!"
Foamy mess at Hendrick hanger: Maintenance workers at Hendrick Motorsports have a foamy mess to clean up at the company’s airline hanger after the building's fire extinguishing system activated. The foam covered Hendrick aircraft inside the hanger at Concord Regional Airport and workers used fans, shovels and cardboard boxes to push the foam out. The building holds about 1,200 gallons of the foam and firefighters estimated that 500 to 700 gallons of the foam discharged. The foam does not pose any environmental impact and can be dissipated with water, firefighters said. Firefighters have not determined how the system was tripped. The aircrafts were not damaged.(WCNC.com)(8-31-2006)

This is the final Foamy model with the "bones" in it. The colored lines correspond to "bones" as you would think of them in a real person. Each bone controls certain groups of "control points" (the dots that are created when grid lines cross). The bones are then grouped, so pulling on one bone affects another (like pulling on the wrist would move the elbow and shoulder, etc). The next part is to "smart skin" the model, so that there's no distortion when certain parts bend. It's a pain because you have to account for all sorts of motion to make sure you get it all. Whew!
Other "un-numbered originals" are at the Friends of Foamy fansite, "Maid of Horror" (2003) . "Innuendo Stare Down" (dating ... from 2003) is a clip of Germaine with a lollipop. These originals are characterized by poor animation and audio quality in comparison with later episodes.
