Flasher is a hidden prank program that allows you to flash any image to the computer screen, almost like a subliminal message! Flasher supports JPG, BMP, EMF, WMF and ICO formats. All you have to do is specify the image you want to flash and the amount of time between flashes. When the software is not flashing the image to the screen, it hides itself within Windows until the next time it needs to flash. This is a great prank to play on your friends. Imagine flashing the logo of the opposing sports team or a photo of their ex. The possibilities are endless so download Flasher today -- it's free. Click here to download Flasher v1.00 .

Wiring the Flasher for automatic operatoin with 3rail track requires using track that has one outside rail electrically insulated from the other outside rail. Most modern track with either wood or plastic ties has the outside running rails electrically insulated. Although there is only one connection shown for the "Variable AC", as well as the "Track common", to the track, it is best to have more than one power feed for all layouts. It is ... a good practice to wire the track common to the opposite outside rail for better operation, as shown.

Flasher monitors changes to one or more files, and indicates the number of writes to these files by briefly flashing a console LED once for each write. The flashing sequence is repeated, after a brief pause, until the files have been read. As the files are subsequently read, the number of LED flashes is reduced. When all monitored files have been read, the console LED will be disabled. The most obvious use is to monitor specific system log or mail files. Multiple LEDs can be used.

The insignia of the Flasher was adapted from the insignia of the original Flasher (SS 249). The SS 249 was commissioned on 25 September 1943. Her insignia was designed by Walt Disney. During the final days of construction on the SSN 613, the crew developed several designs based on the original. The two ships' numbers were added and the electron orbits added to symbolize nuclear power. The insignia became official in 1965.

Flasher systems may be manually operated or programmed via the real-time-clock keyboard. The Chronomax time clock may ... be operated or programmed remotely via special PC-based software and a built-in pager or radio. Non-wireless communications configurations such as fiber optic or twisted-pair are also available. With these communications options, the school zone flasher system can be easily integrated into an advanced traffic management system.
