The Fire Trucks blanket coordinates with the napmat. Blankets are made from light fleece and are 24” x 38”. The blanket pattern matches the pillow. Since they are not attached to the napmat, your youngster can bring them along with them in the car or bed.

Crimson Fire began manufacturing fire apparatus in 1912 as Luverne Auto Company in Luverne, MN. Although the company's earlier origin is difficult to trace, documents indicate that in 1896 the Leicher Brothers purchased what was then identified as Luverne Wagon Works. For the next six years, the company continued to manufacture quality horse-drawn wagons and buggies.

Newport Township Fire Protection District in Wadsworth IL bought its first fire truck from W.S. Darley & Co. in 1947, but when they added a new 1955 Willys Jeep truck for brushfire protection (above, left) it was apparently bought from Harris Motors in Winthrop Harbor IL and converted by a company called Grayslake Fire Truck Company in Grayslake IL.

Police were dispatched to the scene on May 20th, and found that a small outbuilding near the Little Flat Fire Tower had been completely destroyed by some type of explosion. Subsequent investigation indicates that, sometime between May 14th and May 20th, unknown suspect(s) placed an explosive device inside the shed and detonated it, destroying the structure.
