Final Fantasy 11 (FFXI) is the first ever Online RPG of its FF series. The network world is called Vana'diel, which the player itself will be the "character" of the game, to solve the myths and to beat the monster with unity of your party members, you are able to play the game freely with your own style.

Like most Final Fantasy games, XIII seems to be set in a futuristic fantasy world with aerial cities connected by mighty airships. But this world is beset by something called the "Cocoon," which appears to be ravaged by monsters -- Bahamut and Ifrit were shown, among others.

The story is set in Vana'diel, a fantasy world created specifically for Final Fantasy XI, where various tasks can be performed to improve a character's powers or to complete quests.
