Together with Overture, PHD represents a like-minded business known for its new ideas and imaginative ways of doing things. PHD's scope of services will include all forms of media communications.

Earlier this year, Overture Films acquired all U.S. rights to Ferris Wheel, an emotional drama about a young girl's search for parental love, starring Academy Award(R) winner Charlize Theron. Overture is ... in active development on 105 Degrees and Rising, an ensemble piece set against the backdrop of the Fall of Saigon, to be directed by John Amiel. Lastly, the company is distributing the comedy-caper Mad Money, directed by Callie Khouri and starring Diane Keaton, Queen Latifah, and Katie Holmes as three female employees of the Federal Reserve who plot to steal money that is about to be destroyed. Mad Money is currently in post-production.
