Fergie has an amazing voice with feeling, but she has such silly, stupid lyrics. She could make some big hits if only she could get some good lyrics in her songs. Her voice is good as long as she isn't singing weird songs.

Fergie entered show business as a kid, doing voice-overs on The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show and, at the age of eight, on Kids Incorporated. She was the longest-running original cast member of Kids Incorporated and even formed a band, Wild Orchid, with two of her costars. They released two albums and toured with Cher, 98 Degrees and N*SYNC but Fergie didn’t find real stardom until the Black Eyed Peas asked her to collaborate on a track. The track, “Hey Mama,” turned out so well that she became their fourth member. Fergie’s first solo album, “The Duchess,” debuted at #3 in September. On September 9, 2007, Fergie won the Female Artist of the Year award at the Video Music Awards.
