Federated Online 401(k) is sold through Federated’s network of wholesalers nationwide. With this new offering, Federated now offers a complete range of investments, technology, daily valuation recordkeeping and plan administration that meets the retirement plan needs of small, mid-size and large companies.

Born in 1966, Mr. Patil started his career as a software engineer in 1987 and later worked for Federated Investors, Inc., one of the largest financial investment firms in the US. His hard work, prudence and pursuit of excellence later enabled him to start his own firms. He spent 15 years in the US during which, he was instrumental in establishing and successfully growing 4 IT companies viz. Expert Resources, Inc. Integral Strategies, Inc, Ventive, LLC and Bay Systems.
