Fame started out as a 1980 theatrical movie. Two years later, it found a home on NBC. But in 1984, NBC canned the series and the show moved to syndication for four more years. The show was popular although NBC cancelled it. Various actors performed live concerts during the show\'s run. ', 'Based on the 1980 motion picture "Fame," this show tells the story of the students and faculty at the New York Art School. It was always their dream.

The John Justin Trail of Fame pays tribute to one of Fort Worth’s own, who spent a lifetime building the Justin Boot Company and became one of the city’s most prominent civic leaders. Included in the displays are a variety of boots, which were made for famous and not-so-famous customers, and photographs of Mr. Justin and the prominent people he knew as friends and through his business.

DaVita began the Wall of Fame program in 2002, seeking to encourage a stronger patient-caregiver community and increased patient engagement. The Wall of Fame is a collection of pictures and facts about teammates and patients grouped around a theme and displayed in the center. It features the unique stories and photos of the community, and makes the day brighter for dialysis patients who face a rigorous procedure several days a week. Winners were selected from hundreds of entries at DaVita centers across the nation and were judged by DaVita's Regional Operations Directors and Vice Presidents.
