As with 2003's style-over-substance title Enter The Matrix, Path of Neo is being developed by Shiny Entertainment with collaboration from trilogy producer Joel Silver and, critically, the elusive Wachowski brothers. The path the player takes in resolving each situation will be scripted and directed by the brothers, with all the actors and actresses' likenesses intact, and we'll ... see footage from all three films and The Animatrix woven into the storytelling side of the game.

LAS VEGAS, March 5 /PRNewswire/ -- The Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (AIAS), the professional organization of the interactive entertainment industry, today presented Interactive Achievement Awards in 36 craft, console, computer, and online categories. Call of Duty(TM), published by Activision, developed by Infinity Ward took home three awards including overall Game of the Year. Electronic Arts received the most awards with a total of 11 followed by Ubisoft with 9. The award show was held at Rain in the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.

Plans for the animated series have been cemented under a deal between Film Roman and Classic Media – the New York-based family entertainment company that is ... home to such classic characters as Lassie and Casper the Friendly Ghost. The new Dick Tracy series will set the square-jawed crime fighter on the trail of a new crop of law-breaking villains and, of course, will feature Tracy's array of detective gadgets, including the famous wrist radio.

IRVINE, Calif., Oct. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Foundation 9 Entertainment announced today that it will combine its two existing Southern California studios, The Collective and Shiny Entertainment, into one larger entity. The merge will enable greater capacity to create large-scale games based on big licensed properties. Both studios have already relocated to F9E's new 60,000 square foot corporate headquarters in Irvine, California.

Speaking from Cracked Entertainment's worldwide headquarters atop Park Avenue, Publisher and CEO Monty Sarhan announced that Zena Tsarfin, the former Managing Editor of the acclaimed hip-hop magazine XXL, has been named the new Managing Editor of CRACKED.
