If the "solution" file "Ellipse.sln" is opened with Visual C++, it initially contains only "Templates". PluginWizard allows to generate a new project based on the proper Template (e.g. "MyModule.vcproj"). User can add new project into the solution by ordinary way. Recompilation (building) of this project will generate new Ellipse module "MyModule.dll" in Plug-ins directory.

Throughout the city's history, the Ellipse has been a home to many things. During the 19th century, when it was known as the White Lot, it served as an encampment for various military units as they passed through Washington during the Civil War. It was ... the home to one of the country's earliest baseball parks. During the holidays, it is serves as the site for the National Christmas Tree. Finally, it the Ellipse is frequently the home to a range of non-government-sponsored political activities, including protests and mock memorials often related to the rallies on the Mall.
Ellipse is proper ... for external developers trying to make Ellipse plug-in modules themselves. Written in Microsoft Visual C++, Ellipse offers Class library, Software Development Kit (SDK), and Plugin Wizard that allows simple generation of plug-in initial code. Plug-in development support is concerning both purchased Ellipse as well as with free demo version. However, in the latter case, the module works with a limited subset of images.
