DAME ELIZABETH TAYLOR stepped out for a rare public event at Geary's in Beverly Hills on Saturday night. The living legend was there to promote her new "Elizabeth Collection" of fine jewelry. The collection, featuring diamonds, rubies, emeralds and more gemstones, starts at $3,500 and runs into the millions.
