Election fraud is not only hard to uncover, but it's ... difficult to prove. While you may have a "gut feeling" that an election has been compromised, those investigating your claim are often the people that ran the election. If you have solid proof of election fraud, the best way to pursue an investigation is by turning your evidence over to a prosecutor's office instead of to the board of elections.
