Ejaculation
built 645 days ago
Ejaculation is a reflexwhich usually cannot be stopped once it has started, without painful cramping. It has two phases: emission and ejaculation proper. During emission, the two ducts known as vas deferenscontract to propel spermfrom the epididymis(where it was stored) up to the ampullasat the top end of the vas deferens. The beginning of emission is typically experienced as a "point of no return." The sperm then passes through the ejaculatory ductsand is mixed with fluids from the seminal vesicles, the prostate, and the bulbourethral glandsto form the semenor ejaculate. During ejaculation proper, the semen is ejected through the urethrawith rhythmical contractions.

Ejaculation is the ejecting of semen from the penis, and is usually accompanied by orgasm. It is usually the result of sexual stimulation, which may include prostate stimulation. Rarely, it is due to prostatic disease. Ejaculation may occur spontaneously during sleep (a nocturnal emission). Anejaculation is the condition of being unable to ejaculate. Ejaculation is usually highly pleasurable.

Ejaculation involves coordinated muscular and neurological events that involve deposition of semen in the urine channel (emission) and ejection of the fluid from the urethral meatus (ejaculation proper). Emission is accomplished by contraction of the vas deferens, seminal vesicles, and ejaculatory ducts. This process is under adrenaline control. Ejaculation proper results from the rhythmic contractions of the muscles around the urethra, which causes the forcible ejection of the ejaculate. Within the spinal cord lies the ejaculation center which is the area involved in the coordination of signals from the brain and penis that eventually lead to ejaculation

By practicing Natural Ejaculation Control Technique, the body will increase the bio-energy in the penis. This sexual energy will re-circulate around the body – from the brain to the spinal cord. The whole central nervous system will be stimulated and elevate the action potential in the parasympathetic sexual motor nerves. This will tighten the ejaculation value with better strength.

Ejaculation is usually accomplished by the pleasurable sensation of orgasm. It is followed by detumescence, when the arteries in the penis narrow and the veins widen, draining blood from the penis and returning it to a flaccid state.

Ejaculation is accompanied by the contraction of the prostate which releases the enzyme PSA used to test for prostate cancer. Men scheduled to have a PSA test should avoid having an ejaculation by any means (eg: masturbation or coitus) for at least 7 to 10 days prior to the PSA test to avoid a false positive result.
