The black friday ads for EB Games/GameStop have hit and they're offering Virtua Tennis 3 on the PS3 and Naruto: Ninja Council 3 on the DS for $20 apiece, and World of Warcraft for $10. The rest of the deals are pretty unspectacular, but thats EB for ya. Oh yeah, select movie titles on Sony's format of the future, UMD, are only $3.99 (Minidisc 2.0 FTW!). [Black Friday on Giz]

EB Games has begun listing a CSI title for the Xbox, GameGossip reported today. While not officially announced by Ubisoft, EB Games details a November release date and a $29.99 price point. At this time it remains unseen if the title is an original game, a port of a PC CSI adventure, or merely a listing error.

Employment law specialists are investigating a possible lawsuit against EB Games (Electronics Boutique of America, Inc.). It is alleged that managers of EB Games and GameStop retail locations in Los Angeles County may have been denied overtime pay. Qualified plaintiffs include those who have worked in a management role from November 2003 to present.
