Dwight Eisenhower was a prominent general during World War II and the war against the Race's Conquest Fleet. In 1944, he travelled through Missouri with Albert Einstein, Benito Mussolini, Robert Goddard, Sam Yeager, Ullhass, and Ristin. As the war wound down, Eisenhower led a successful counter-offensive against the Race's toehold in Missouri.

Dwight Eisenhower, far right, with three unidentified associates, in 1919 during the time the 29-year-old lieutenant colonel, four years out of West Point, participated in a transcontinental military convoy trek. The convoy left Washington, D. C. on July 7, travelled 3,200 miles (half on dirt roads). After nearly 60 days, the convoy entered San Francisco. It passed through the Ames-Boone area on July 25. The route across the U. S. was the Lincoln Highway, a transcontinental route established in 1913.

Dwight Eisenhower was born in Dennison, Texas. He grew up in a poor family. He was educated in local public schools, and graduated from Abilene High School in 1909. Eisenhower was interested in attending the Naval Academy, but was told that he was too old (he had just passed his 20th birthday) and was ineligible. Instead, he went the US Military Academy at West Point. He was an average student, graduating 64th out of 164 students.

Dwight Eisenhower was born in Denison, Tex., on Oct. 14, 1890, one of seven sons. The family soon moved to Abilene, Kansas. The family was poor, and Eisenhower early learned the virtue of hard work. He graduated from West Point Military Academy in 1915. He was remarkable for his buoyant temperament and his capacity to inspire affection.
