Draco is described as a tall boy with a pale, pointed face, sleek white-blond hair, and grey eyes. He is the only child of Lucius (a Death Eater) and Narcissa Malfoy. He is related to the Black family through his mother (a first cousin of Sirius Black), which makes him a nephew of both Bellatrix Lestrange and Andromeda Tonks. He is, therefore, the scion of two old magical families. Three of Draco's grandparents are known: Abraxas Malfoy, Cygnus Black, and Druella Rosier. Draco is ... Draco was smiling, and he played along very well; he was every bit the smooth accomplished young model as he stretched out his hand to take Uncle Vernon's, and exchanged pleasantries with flawless poise. Harry reckoned that Lucius Malfoy (non-existent shareholder of Armani Co.) must have taught his son proper manners for occasions as this.

Lucius felt a thrill of Malfoy pride. Five was very young to have shown first signs. And it didn't even bother him that it was younger than his own first signs. He enjoyed the thought of mentioning it to his guests. Not that Purebloods bragged about their progeny. After all, very early signs weren't a guarantee of powerful Magical ability, he would say.
