For the uninitiated, the Doodlebops are a core trio of Deedee, Rooney and Moe Doodle, who are decked out in colorful, feathery garb and somehow play their instruments with giant, puffy hands. They perform "Get on the Bus" and other upbeat tunes ripe for sing-alongs.

Jazzmin offers to take the Doodlebops on a world tour! Everyone is excited, that is, until Moe and Rooney get worried that they won’t be able to eat different foods or speak other languages. Jazzmin, Audio Murphy, and Bus Driver Bob help teach them some world culture and music so the guys feel more confident about the idea.

There are number of recurrent themes on Doodlebops. At the start of every episode Rooney and Deedee come in the clubhouse from the main swinging doors but Moe is nowhere in site. The audience are asked for finding the hiding place of Moe.
