In the 1980s, Domino's Pizza was well known for its advertisements featuring The Noid. That concept was created by Group 243 Inc. who then hired Will Vinton Studios to produce the television commercials that they created. Customers were implored to order from Domino's in order to "avoid the Noid." In 1989, a man, Kenneth Lamar Noid, who thought the ads were a personal attack on him, held two employees of an Atlanta, Georgia, Domino's restaurant hostage for over five hours. After forcing them to make him a pizza, Noid surrendered to police. Noid was charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault, extortion, and possession of a firearm during a crime, but he was found not guilty by reason of insanity.

Any pizza places in this region make Brooklyn style thin crust pizza or is all run of the mill doughy slabs like Dominoes and Papa Johns? The first test is that if you hold the pizza slice away from your mouth and it droops like a dog's tongue, it fails before you even taste it.

This Pizza place only pays drivers .70 per delivery... they charge the customer 1.50 and the delivery charge printed on the pizza box says its 1.25. They are ripping off the drivers and the customers.

Tara Morgan of Saltillo was one of the third graders visiting the Pizza Farm. Although she lives on a beef cattle farm, Tara said she learned about the many by-products from cows. "I learned that we get lots of things from cows. Things like make-up and perfume and the brush part of paint brushes," Morgan said.

On 06/15/2003 at 12:59 hours, an unknown black male robbed the Dominoes Pizza at 5944 S. Orange Blossom Trail (sector 4/zone 43). The suspect entered the business, and ordered a pizza. The suspect ordered the victim clerk back to the register, produced a handgun and demanded money. The suspect fled the scene in a silver Toyota Corolla. NOI
