To be fair..  the art market is held-up by inflation and aspration..  returns are made via the sale of pieces to a richer buyer or greater fool..  Domains often contain revenue streams in the form of traffic which help pay for the up-front acquisition cost..  Art typically doesn’t ..  unless it’s a Monet and you lease it to a museum.

The more domains that are aligned, the stronger the magnetic field in the material. When all of the domains are aligned, the material is said to be magnetically saturated. The method by Sowdhamini and Blundell (1995) clusters secondary structures in a protein based on their Cα-Cα distances and identifies domains from the pattern in their dendrograms. As the procedure does not consider the protein as a continuous chain of amino acids there are no problems in treating discontinuous domains. Specific nodes in these dendrograms are identified as tertiary structural clusters of the protein, these include both super-secondary structures and domains. The DOMAK algorithm is used to create the 3Dee domain database.[62] It calculates a 'split value' from the number of each type of contact when the protein is divided arbitrarily into two parts. This split value is large when the two parts of the structure are distinct.
