1. Dolls
   The Frag Dolls are a team of gamers recruited by Ubisoft to represent their video games and promote the presence of women in the gaming industry. Started in 2004 by an open call for female gamers, the Frag Dolls immediately rocketed to the spotlight after winning the Rainbow Six 3: Black Arrow tournament in a shut-out at their debut appearance. 2. Dolls -- Wood
   Archaeological evidence places dolls as foremost candidate for oldest known toy, having been found in Egyptian tombs which date to as early as 2000 BC. In Egypt, as well as Greece and Rome, it was common to find them in the graves of children. Most were made of wood, although pottery dolls were buried with children from wealthier families. Dolls with movable limbs and removable clothing date back to 200 BCE.
3. Pussycat Dolls
   The Pussycat Dolls are an award-winning and Grammy Award-nominated American all-female music group. The Dolls began as a burlesque dance troupe based in Los Angeles, and expanded to Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The group, which was founded by choreographer Robin Antin in 1995, released its first single in 2004. 4. Paper Dolls
   The first American book on paper doll making, Paper Dolls and How to Make Them, A Book for Little Girls, was published by Anson D. F. Randolph in 1856. It included hand-colored plates of dolls and clothing for children to cut out and play. This book was so popular that it was soon followed by Paper Dolls’ Furniture and How to Make It or How to Spend a Cheerful Rainy Day in 1857. That same year, Anson Randolph printed a collection of paper dolls in a box called “The Paper Doll Family.” The New York Evangelist advertised this unique book in 1856:
5. Pussycat Dolls -- Pussycat Dolls Present
   The Pussycat Dolls are a famous American pop, dance and burlesque ensemble founded by choreographer Robin Antin in 1995. It began basically as a dance troupe, based in Los Angeles, and later in 2003, was "re-cast" as a pop group, and expanded in 2005 with small additional group at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. They recorded their first single in 2004, and have immediately gone on to international commercial success. During this period they performed with numerous guest singers, and their repertoire consists generally of 50s and 60s pop hits. Usually these girls were dressed in lingerie or old-fashioned pin-up costumes on the most part of their performances. In June 1999 "Playboy" ran a special pictorial for the band, presenting at least contemporary members Kasey Campbell, Kiva Dawson, Antonietta Macri, Erica Breckels, Katie Bergold, Erica Gudis and Lindsley Allen.
6. Pussycat Dolls -- Pussycat Dolls Lounge
   In parallel to the Pussycat Dolls as a recording R&B act, in April 2005 a resident live show commenced at the "Pussycat Dolls Lounge" adjacent to Pure Nightclub in Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip. This show contains eight "cast members" who continue the burlesque-style show which began in Los Angeles in 1995. In 2006 the cast included vocalist Jamie Preston.[4] The venue is operated by Pure Management Group, Robin Antin has some involvement, but it is unclear whether Interscope ... have a financial interest. The Pussycat Dolls recording group have made occasional appearances. "Special guests" have included: Eva Longoria (April 2005); Nicolette Sheridan (Feb 2006); Pamela Anderson (April 2006); Denise Richards (June 2006); and Tori Spelling (September 2007)[5] as well as Pussycat Doll hopeful Chelsea Korka.[6] Victoria Beckham will reportedly perform with the Dolls in the near future.[7]
7. Pussycat Dolls -- Robin Antin
   Despite popular misconceptions, the Pussycat Dolls are not just a manufactured, interchangeable troupe of lip-syncing backup dancers. Admittedly, their backstory isn’t exactly DIY: Two years ago, Geffen Records chairman Ron Fair decided that Robin Antin’s long-running Los Angeles burlesque troupe of the same name — which drew celeb cameos from the likes of Gwen Stefani, Carmen Electra and Charlize Theron — could make for a viable music act. After a lengthy audition process, the musical Dolls were whittled down to six. The qualifications? To look good in fishnets and heels, of course, but ... to be able to dance and carry a tune.
8. Goo Goo Dolls -- Albums
   The Goo Goo Dolls recently released their eighth album, Let Love In, which contains the single "Stay With You." John Rzeznik, Robby Takac, and Mike Malinin currently make up the trio that got their start as thrashy punkers in 1985. In 1987 they released their self-titled debut album.
9. Dolls -- Jean Lotz
   Jean seriously started sculpting dolls again in 1994 and 1995 using only the finest, long-lasting materials. She creates very few dolls per year while working primarily in wood. Jean Lotz was awarded ODACA Artist Membership in August 1998.
10. The Pussycat Dolls -- Interscope Records
    The Pussycat Dolls recently recorded a new track with Cee Lo from Goodie Mob and Jazze Pha for their 'Happy Hour' album. The song called 'Disco Bitch' is an ode to Rick James.
