Disney Characters: Mickey Mouse
built 312 days ago
Shortly after the success of the animated cartoons, Walt Disney began producing comics with his characters. Since the 1930s, countless pages of Disney comics have been produced and reproduced worldwide. The production includes not only stories with the most popular characters - Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck - but ... movie adaptations, stories with secondary characters, as well as realistic works like 'Zorro' and 'Spin & Marty'. The Disney comics production is among the biggest in the world, and a lot of international artists had their turn making Disney characters. In addition to reprinting American material, some countries began producing material of their own, including Italy, Brazil, France, Denmark and Holland. Below is an overview of the countries that have produced Disney comics, as well as a list of Disney artists that are in the Comiclopedia.

Magic Kingdom is definitely the park to go to if you like parades- every week there is a giant parade with all of the Disney characters, including characters from Fantasia, such as the alligator and ballerina hippo. This is ... a very good park for smaller children, though there are plenty of attractions for older kids and adults as well. And you can meet many of the Disney characters here; Cinderella might be near her castle, or perhaps you might find Snow White wandering through the streets. Mickey and Minnie are sure to be found here, as well as other favorite characters- Chip and Dale, Mulan, Jasmine and Aladdin, and more.

Disney has a procedure for everything and character greetings at these mealtime encounters are no exception. Your child like a young Jacque Cousteau may want to seek out Mickey and friends on his own. If allowed to do so you may find that you are asked to retrieve young Jacque and return him or her to your table to wait their turn. Rest assured each character will be by your table at least once and will afford you and yours ample time to hug, be photographed with or get autographs from them.

The current CEO, Bob Iger, promised that he would introduce healthy food for kids at the company facilities using Disney characters. But, that would mean losing money. So, nothing has been done and not much should be expected. The food at Disney has been found to be far unhealthier than at Mickey D.
