Over at Disney's primary cable station, The Disney Channel they're stirring up a witches brew of success this Halloween season. The original movie "Twitches Too" and the new series "Wizards of Waverly Place" both conjured up strong premieres Friday night. Twitches Too even took first place with 7 million viewers, beating out the MLB National League Championship Series on TBS.

Disney and Pixar's, Ratatouille, was awarded the 8th spot in the top 10 movies of 2007 at Yahoo! earlier this month. During the time Ratatouille was released on theaters it has grossed $206,445,654, still below it's predecessors, but still did a great job! Make sure to buy Ratatouille on DVD and Blue-Ray Disc.

Bach announced that hit TV programs from ABC Television and Disney Channel will join the Xbox Live programming available for download directly to the Xbox 360 console. In addition, MGM will bring its library of hit movies.

Disney set its all-new movie, " Pocahontas: Journey To A New World," in London, England where Pocahontas and her friends experience the adventure of a lifetime. Along with six, show stopping new songs, the movie features the return of voice talent from the original film including Irene Bedard (Pocahontas) and David Ogden Stiers (Ratcliffe), and welcomes Donal Gibson as the voice of John Smith, " Titanic" star Billy Zane as John Rolfe, Jean Stapleton as Mrs. Jenkins and Finola Hughes as Queen Anne. " Pocahontas: Journey To A New World" debuts on August 4,1998.

Disney is getting ready to film a series of Muppet-centered interstitials (... being called "mini-movies") that are intended for airing on the Disney Channel. The films are being designed to introduce a new generation of fans to the Muppets characters and humor – while keeping the classic feeling and tone the Muppets are so well known for.
