Three wells are already producing 2,250 mcf/d net to Delta. Eventually, more than 40 wells could be drilled on this property. Fully developed, this property could add annually in excess of more than $40M in reve-nue to the Company. SISM estimates a PV10 valuation of approx.

* To manage waste that cannot be eliminated, Delta selects disposal companies with the best environmental compliance programs. Delta has signed agreements with seven national and international waste disposal companies following a lengthy process of investigating capabilities and performance reputations. These seven waste disposal agreements replaced approximately 100 waste disposal vendor contracts previously used throughout Delta's worldwide operations. By consolidating contractors for waste disposal, Delta is better able to track disposal practices and target opportunities for further waste reductions. This practice has reduced environmental risk and corporate liability.
