Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds will be performing at the Kokua Festival in Honolulu, Hawaii, the band has announced in an e-mail to fans. The April 19-20 event will benefit Jack Johnson's Kokua Hawaii Foundation, an environmental education group. Tickets go on sale via Ticketmaster next week.

NEW YORK, Aug. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Live At Radio City, a double-CD set capturing Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds' transcendent April 2007 performance at the venerable New York City concert hall, has debuted at # 3 on The Billboard 200. The ATO Records/RCA release is the pair's first together since 1999's multi-Platinum Live At Luther College. The Live At Radio City DVD sold 27,343 copies, debuting at # 2 in its first week and a Blu-ray Disc will be out September 4th.

Ending the evening with "The Maker" and "Rapunzel" found the Dave Matthews Band on time but out of fashion and taking the fans on a roller coaster that never went up or down. At times stunning, but usually plodding, the band has chosen it's course and isn't about to make any apologies now.

Van Halen, meanwhile, is making its most popular songs available as ringtones to all wireless operators, but agreed to give AT&T exclusive versions of those same songs for a limited time.
