Although Kaufman reportedly threatened to pull the band out of the lineup, which includes Sheryl Crow, Dave Matthews Band, Everclear, Jewel, Alanis Morissette and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, the two sides are still talking and the issues could be resolved. Which would probably come as no small comfort to the 120,000 fans who've already bought tickets!
