Damian frequently tours with his brothers Julian and Stephen, who are both members of the Ghetto Youths Crew. In 2004, Damian recorded a song with hip hop group Cypress Hill called 'Ganja Bus' on their album Till Death Do Us Part. Damian Also appears on the song "Get a Light" by Snoop Dogg. This song is on the album "The Blue Carpet Treatment." He is ... featured on the track "put your lighters up" by Lil' Kim and on a recent Gwen Stefani remix "Now That You Got It" (produced by Swizz Beatz).
Sales of "Half Way Tree" have reportedly blown through the roof locally, since Marley won the Grammy. Checks made with several record shops, indicated that the album had been in heavy demand since it picked up the Grammy nomination, and sales intensified since the Grammy triumph. Tuff Gong International, local distributors of the album, said that their stock has been sold out. A representative of the company said a shipment is expected in the island soon.

Marley recently did a song with pop sensation Gwen Stefani. The two made a remix version to the song "Now That You Got It" off of the album The Sweet Escape. Stefani now performs this song on her Sweet Escape Tour.
The rest of Marley's 90-minute show proved that he's a capable artist, and certainly more talented than any of his siblings. Halfway Tree won a Grammy, after all, so when he aired album tracks like "More Justice" and "Still Searchin", the audience hooted in recognition, gamely joining in the vigorous play of call-and-response.

Most critics had their hopes that Hammond’s "Music is Life" would have capped the trophy, but the younger music fans leaned towards the young Marley. His album "Half Way Tree" was released on September 11, 2001 and is yet to make any dent in the overseas mainstream charts. Three of the singles "More Justice," "It Was Written" and "Still Searching" have already represented on various reggae charts in the US, and Jamaica. "Still Searching" is currently #1 on most local Jamaican charts.
