In 1995, Celebrity Cruises launched the first luxurious spa experience within the environment of a cruise ship with the introduction of the AquaSpa by Elemis. World renowned Master Chef Michel Roux serves as the cruise lines culinary and wine consultant and has established Celebrity as a leader in offering an extraordinary dining experience at sea. In 2003, Celebrity Cruises introduced more than 100 brand enhancements and new "tastes of luxury" including welcome champagne and mimosas, cold towels and fresh sorbet poolside just to name a few. Earlier this year, 16 Celebrity Cruises sommeliers traveled to Riedel's headquarters in Austria for intensive training on the company's history, philosophy, and products. They will lead glass tastings on Celebrity Century, Celebrity Constellation, Celebrity Galaxy, Celebrity Infinity, Celebrity Mercury, Celebrity Millennium and Celebrity Summit.
