The Combined Reports includes both a credit report, FICO score PLUS an eviction report. When you order a COMBINED report for an applicant, the eviction report only costs you five bucks over the already low-cost credit check report.

A survey by the California Public Interest Research Group found that 25 percent of credit reports contained serious errors that could result in the denial of credit, such as false delinquencies or accounts that did not belong to the customer.
