built 134 days ago
The Credit Card Interface provides a direct link between your First Resort system and your credit card processing center. It will help you gain greater control and accuracy processing credit card charges by eliminating duplication and bottlenecks. The front desk portion offers your staff the ability to enter credit card information and submit transactions for authorization. Most credit-card payment software can import data from other applications. Typically, the software requires a transaction code, an invoice number, the credit-card number, an expiration date, and a payment amount. Publishers using address verification services (AVS) may require additional information, such as the bill-to customer address and zip code information. Some publishers pre-authorize some credit-card payments and wish to export this information, too. The Cat’s Pajamas can be customized to export such credit-card payment data to a file.

Merchant Gateway Manager is a configurable BEZA.NET Control Panel add-on that allows you to set up and alter merchant gateways, the media for conducting transactions with online credit card processing centers. The software tracks gateway usage and provides statistical information on the number of transactions and total charges for every particular gateway.

When a visitor submits a credit card order, Authorize.Net immediately processes the transaction and sends a confirmation or invoice email to both the purchaser and the store owner. But that order doesn't show up nowhere in osCommerce admin area, or is not recorded by osCommcerce. The purchaser doesn't see the store's confirmation page, but is redirected to login page. It seems that the credit card order process is finished only a half way. The check order works perfect.
