Courtney Love is continually shocking her fans by throwing concerts dressed like a streetwalker one day and appearing at the Golden Globe's dressed in haute couture the next. Call her what you will, but it's evident that this blonde sensation won't be fading away anytime soon.

She says she never got surgery." Despite denying this new rumor, Courtney Love did admit earlier this year to having fixed a botched nose job - her third nose job now - and to swearing off doing anymore collagen lip injections (Read about Courtney Love’s Rhinoplasty).

On leaving the chopstick palace, a fan asked for her to sign a photo, which Courtney recognized as one that LaChapelle had taken, and offered to have him sign it too. When the fan said, "no thanks," a pissed Miss Love refused to sign it, while Dave had a more succinct response!
