What time interval do your OMD's or protocols suggest, between the initial and subsequent doses of Cordarone, during a persistent V-fib/V-tach arrest? A Wyeth representative stated it is up to OMD's since there are no studies on this. They stated if there is no effect give a subsequent dose, but they do not have any time interval recommendations at this point.
