Constantine Maroulis is a ham. You saw it every second of airtime he milked on “Idol,” right down to the 20/20 goof when he donned a mustache and ridiculous Italian accent. So no shock ABC has signed him to a sitcom deal. This doesn’t necessarily equate to a sitcome that will air. There’s not even a title or character aside. So we’ll see how things look when pilot season starts in a few months.
Constantine Maroulis is a 29-year-old from New York, NY who auditioned in DC. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Constantine graduated from the Boston Conservatory and has a hard rock band in New York City called Pray for the Soul of Betty. Constantine has studied classical acting, music, dance and voice. He ... apprenticed at the Williamstown Theatre Festival. For the 2003/2004 season, Constantine toured with the international production of "Rent," playing the lead character named "Roger."
Due to repeated gaming/scripting attempts to manipulate the results of the IDOL MADNESS match between Clay Aiken and Constantine Maroulis, vizu.com, which operates the poll, has had no choice but to close the poll. As such, all results up until this point in that match only will be null and void.

Constantine American Idol alum Constantine Maroulis engages his fans in a nonstop intense-a-thon with CONSTANTINE, which has one hard-driving, emotionally wrought song after another. Fond of anthem-esque dynamic builds and "wall-of-sound" background vocals, Constantine takes some pretty ordinary material and tears its heart and soul out, delivering a powerful and dramatic collection of rockin' love songs. The album starts out with a bang, as Constantine puts his best songs forward. "Girl Like You," with its Santana-like guitar riffs; the retro-soul sound of "Several Thousand"; and the irresistibly hopeful "Everybody Loves" are all gems. Though the material slides toward mediocre as the band plays on, lead vocals are impressive throughout.
