The Waifs performed the Leeuwin Australian Family Concert on January 2. International superstar, Sting, performed two traditional Leeuwin Concerts on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th February, whilst a third special concert, The Sting – Leeuwin Estate Tsunami Benefit Concert, staged on Thursday February 10th, raised $4.9M for victims of the Boxing Day disaster. The final concert in the 2005 Series featured Jack Johnson on Sunday April 3. All five concerts were sellout events resulting in some 30 000 guests enjoying concerts at Leeuwin in 2005.

On July 12, Jackson Browne made a surprise guest appearance at a Crosby, Stills & Nash concert Barcelona, Spain. The last song of the evening was "Teach Your Children" with Peter Frampton and Jackson Browne on stage.
