Walking Concert is the answer this time - and it's got his effervescent touch. The debut album, Run to Be Born, belongs in a pantheon with the Kinks, Donovan, Bowie, Bolan, and their generational hiers: Beck, Robert Pollard, Elliot Smith, The Flaming Lips. Its songs are tightly structured, lyrical, at turns subtle, then harder driving.

It was Michael Wong's first solo concert at Arena of Stars but he won over the hearts of his endearing fans with his moving melodies and lyrics. Michael started the concert with a fast-paced Jing Tan Hao (Exclamation Mark). He sang more than half the songs from his latest solo album Bu Hui Fen Li (Never Apart) as well as chart-topping hits from his other best-selling albums Tong Hua (Fairy Tale), Yue Ding (Commitment), Guang Mang (Ray of Light) and his debut Michael’s First Album.

The confirmed concerts, on Aug. 14 and 15 (an Aug. 16 bill will be announced within 10 days), coincide with Woodstock's 29th anniversary and crib from its marquee. Woodstock alumni Pete Townshend (then with the Who), Ten Years After and Richie Havens are booked, as is Joni Mitchell, who penned the after-the-fact theme song Woodstock.

When holding the same concert a while ago, F4 got the same response as they have now. Only one makes the difference: that time the guys didn't prepare as well, especially when tuning out the songs, at the end they are bombed by critics.
