1. Richard Pryor -- Comedians
   African-American comedians were a hot commodity at the time, and Mr. Pryor was lumped together with such contemporaries as Bill Cosby, Dick Gregory, and Flip Wilson. He made his first film appearance in 1967, in ''The Busy Body." The daring nature of his material began to set him apart, though.

   Things come to a boil when Tony, while building a sauna for Jamie Kennedy, learns that the comedian is dating the contractor's ex-wife. When Jamie taunts Tony about it, Tony gets his revenge by making a mess of Jamie's house.
4. Red Skelton -- Comedians
   Red Skelton (1913-1997) was an American comic actor. In 1964, he starred with Bing Crosby in a movie in which the two comedians repeatedly got the best of a number of Lizards.
5. Andy Kaufman -- Comedians
   Apparently, Andy Kaufman was a no-show at his comeback party Sunday night in Hollywood. The notorious prankster died from lung cancer at the age of 35 on May 16, 1984, but anyone familiar with Andy's sense of humor has always recognized the possibility he's been faking his demise. Reports have circulated that the actor -- Andy did not consider himself a comedian -- actually contemplated such a career plan as early as 1980. He said, if he did pull a switcheroo, he'd reappear 20 years later to the day.
6. Christopher Titus -- Comedians
   Christopher Titus is one of the most intense comics alive. Just hearing him perform stand up gets you pumped and ready to give the whole world the middle finger, and The Fifth Anniversary End of The World Tour is no exception. Titus again delivers on the angry, intelligent humor that makes him one of the best comedians to listen to.
7. Ken Dodd -- Comedians
   Legendary British comedian Ken Dodd runs through some of the many highlights of his lengthy career in showbiz in front of a special celebrity audience. Includes 40 minutes that weren't shown on the television version.
8. Carrot Top -- Comedians
   With little but two barrettes and a coquettish smile, comedian Carrot Top demonstrates his eerie resemblance to the girl on the Wendy's Hamburgers logo. Imagine what he can do with a rubber duckie and a power cord!
9. Ellen Degeneres -- Comedians
   Ellen Degeneres got her start as a stand up comedian then moved on to have a hugely popular show Ellen. After she outed on the show it was Canceled. She is now the host of her own talk show The Ellen Degeneres Show.
10. Adam Hills -- Comedians
    Adam Hills is one of Australia's most talented and widely respected comedians. His solo shows have seen sell-out houses at the Adelaide Fringe, Melbourne Comedy Festival and the Kilkenny Cat Laughs Festival. He is a regular at the Montreal "Just for Laughs" Comedy Festival, and was the first Australian comedian to appear at the US Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen 2005.
