The Colorado Lottery uses its site, www.coloradolottery.com, to achieve many different objectives. Players regularly access the site that receives over 22 million hits per month. The site ... fulfills legal and financial obligations by explaining rules, payouts, and its relationship to the Great Outdoors Colorado Trust Fund. This key project has immense reach and immediacy needs from both a legal and consumer basis. HostWorks was awarded the contract in December 2000 to completely redesign the Look and Feel and site architecture and integrate faster information, updated graphics and news about the new Powerball participation. In addition, the site is used for consumer education about other games, rules, history, and payouts.
